Felicia has been a business owner and operator of long-term care facilities in LA and MS for 25 years. She is also the mother of three sons. Her experience with non-profits began in 2010 as an active member of can-do.org, a small grass-roots disaster relief organization where she has been a board member for the past two years. Felicia has personally funded multiple relief and rebuilding projects in Haiti following the devastating earthquake in 2010. In February of 2012, she returned to Haiti to complete an orphanage revitalization project started by her oldest son, Whitney, prior to his tragic death in November of 2011.
